Born and raised in New York, Mexican-American photographer Jo Bailon creates a body of work that cultivates her passions for fashion, beauty, and noir. After several years in Boston, where she double majored in photography and design at the former Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University, she relocated back to New York where she now owns a digital media agency and continues to shoot as a freelancer.
